DESCRIPTION

Are you an experienced Commercial Account Handler/Broker with strong technical knowledge, keen to embrace something completely new and exciting?
If so, a brilliant opportunity has come to market for a Senior Broker in Manchester City Centre with a recently established insurance brokerage. With a firm vision to create a market leading regional specialist brokerage, they have a clear plan and are already executing it with results
THE ROLE:
As Senior Broker you will be joining a new team on a really exciting journey. There is already business to service and plenty in the pipeline to continue with growth plans.
Responsibilities include:

- With complete autonomy to work the market and obtain the best quotes for clients, you will take complete control of the Account Handling and Broking responsibilities.
- You will work very closely with the sales team and Managing Director to ensure renewals are done in a timely fashion.
- You will also be involved in the new business broking for all prospecting.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Proven experience in a commercial broking environment as Commercial Account Handler.
- Strong technical commercial product knowledge.
- An extremely customer focused individual, with excellent communication and first class relationship building skills.
- The ability to plan, organise and manage your time efficiently and effectively.
- Insurance qualifications (Cert CII / DIP) are beneficial, or to be currently working towards.
