Maintenance Controller

Key Responsibilities
- Front-line maintenance contractor safety management
- Understanding of Risk assessment/POWRA for maintenance jobs
- Ensure safety and housekeeping in workshop and plant
- Adopt and promote a Zero Harm workplace attitude, drive improvement in Health and Safety
- Liaise and maintain regular contact with Maintenance Manager
- Provide holiday / sickness / absence cover for Maintenance Controller role
- Undertakes maintenance according to the weekly plan and at weekends when required (mechanical / electrical, corrective / preventive)
- Maintains engineering workshop and booking in/out of parts with Maintenance Manager
- Coordinate suppliers, to include raising quotations for parts and services
- Ensures availability of parts / critical spares working with Maintenance Manager
- Perform such other duties as the Company may from time to time reasonably require
- Comply with all Company policies related to Code of Conduct, Environmental, Health and Safety and Community.

**Qualifications**:
- Electrical biased, time served apprenticeship with relevant qualifications
- Excellent knowledge of relevant Environmental, Health and Safety legislation.
- ICT skills including Microsoft Office
