**The Role**

You will use our scheduling system and technology to effectively plan engineers’ day to day work schedules, taking pride in delivering a first-class experience to our customers in a concise, timely and efficient manner. You must be able to respond to short notices changes in the plan and be able to modify this with minimum impact to its overall integrity.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Liaise with external clients to agree date and time for planned engineering jobs according to their needs.
- Communicate with engineers and to make sure they have full details for all jobs carried out for the week.
- When planning engineers work ensure all jobs for that site including outstanding works are booked in the same day.
- Good geographical knowledge of the UK to best plan engineers, considering travel time, holidays, training, and last-minute cancellations.
- Being responsive to changes in the schedule and liaising with relevant team members.
- Smart Planning - we expect all jobs allocated to the engineers to be as close to each other to minimise travel time between jobs.
- Monitoring the shared inbox for incoming jobs.

**Key Skills**
- Relevant work experience with a strong admin background.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures, Office365, Sharepoint, Clockshark scheduling system.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Outstanding organisational & time management skills.

**Knowledge and Experience**

In house training will be provided.

**Location**

The applicant must be located within 45 minutes of Macclesfield, Cheshire.
- Job type_: Full time, Office Based, Monday-Friday.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
