Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Assistant to manage our Shepherds Hut pitch at Millets Farm, near Abingdon.

You will work from our shepherds hut in the walkway; talking to members of the public about our products, book consultations, explore sales opportunities and help to build our client database.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has strong communication and sales skills.

**Duties**:

- Set up the hut to create a welcoming environment
- Manage customer enquiries and talk to them about the huts available
- Have a detailed knowledge of the product, processes and customisation options
- Assist designer with order processing, ensuring accuracy
- Collaborate with the Managing Director to develop and implement sales strategies
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Conduct market research to identify potential routes to sales, customers and event opportunities

**Skills**:

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage customer data
- Excellent face to face etiquette and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well alone and manage own workload.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data collection and management
- Ability to up-sell products and services to customers when appropriate

This is a part-time position. Hours are 9am-3pm Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
