**Jalin Design - Accounts Receivable Clerk**
**Jalin Design Ltd** is a high-end bespoke design and clothing label based in Queens Park.
We are looking for an experienced **Accounts Receivable Clerk** to manage the accounts payable process, ensuring that all our outstanding payments are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
**Job spec includes**:
*Full cycle AR including:
- Raising proforma invoice as and when required (based on client contract /company invoicing requirements)
- Raising invoices upon full delivery of order in our integrated system, Zedonk, making sure the right VAT/Sales tax value is being used depending on the client location.
- Making sure invoices raised agree to the purchase order received from client and liaise with our sales team with any discrepancies.
- Performing daily transfer of invoices into our financial system, Quickbooks, so that invoices are being recorded in a timely manner.
- Recording receipt in our financial system and making sure bank receipts are reconciled at the end of every week
- Analysing open orders in Zedonk every month and liaising with the account management team to make sure only pending orders are on the list
- Liaising with customers for any queries they might have
- Assist with month-end closing, making sure all invoices are raised prior to month end, and all receipts reconciled.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliation for all receivable accounts ( deposit received/advanced payments/accounts receivable back up in all currencies)
- Assisting the FD with any adhoc queries related to receivable that might be required
- Extensive experience in high volume accounts receivable with multicurrency exposure ( EUR/ USD/GBP)
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounts receivable principles
- Proven ability to input and process invoices quickly and accurately
- Proficient in Excel
- Experience with Quickbooks is desirable, with Zedonk is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Great attention to detail
Permanent, full-time role based at our London office, Queens Park
- Mon to Thu - 9.30am to 6pm, Fri - 9.30am to 3pm
**Salary**: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
