Shop Supervisor

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic shop supervisor to support the store manager in the running of our seafood shop in the beautiful coastal town, Anstruther. We would love someone who is passionate about cooking and seafood and shows initiative to create and prepare new items for our lunch menu.

**The role includes**:

- supervise and manage the daily operations of the shop
- opening and closing the shop
- preparing sandwiches/hot food items from our lunch bar
- cooking seafood/food prep
- serving customers from our fresh fish counter
- working both independently and as part of a team
- maintain a clean and organized shop environment
- proven excellent organisational, time management, communication, and customer service skills.
- experience working in the food or hospitality industry.
- basic IT skills an understanding of social media platforms Instagram and Facebook
- an understanding of regulations concerning food health and safety

**FULL TIME/PERMANENT POSITION - £22,500 PER ANNUM**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,500.00 per year
