Monitoring Officer

Responsibilities:

- Monitor CCTV cameras to ensure the safety and security of the premises
- Identify and report any suspicious activities or incidents
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and actions taken
- Collaborate with law enforcement or security personnel when necessary
- Conduct regular patrols to deter theft and vandalism
- Respond promptly to alarms or emergency situations

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in CCTV monitoring or loss prevention preferred
- Familiarity with security systems and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and observation skills
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
