This role has the opportunity for a **quarterly commission scheme** and we will also provide study support for you to attain a qualification in **CICM **or** AAT**.

This is a full-time permanent position with the working hours of **Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm** at our global headquarters in **Crewe, CW1 6BD.**

**What will your day look like as a Debt Recovery Advisor?**
- Daily contact with debtors via Telephone, SMS, E-mail, Payment links and Letter
- Escalation of accounts and issues as required
- Corresponding with insolvency practitioners, solicitors and other outsource partners
- Use all available methods to trace uncontactable debtors
- Overcome debtor objections and resolve queries/disputes
- Negotiate and maintain payment plans
