**Job Description**:
**How you can make your mark**
On behalf of Ultimate Marine Solutions Limited, Boskalis Subsea Services, are looking for a Deck Foreman to join our Boskalis fleet.

**Y**our responsibilities as a Deck Foreman**
- Responsible for safe & efficient execution of all deck activities pertaining to rigging, lifting, banksman, slinging and ensuring compliance to regulatory and company requirements;
- Ensure compliance with requirements for lift plans, risk assessments, toolbox talks, permit to work, management of change and incident reporting;
- Ensure that all rigging and lifting equipment is in good condition, suitable for use and reports any defects or potential risks to the Diving Supervisor;
- Liaise with the Project Engineer to ensure that all equipment certification is in place and available on the worksite;
- Reports any breakdowns, damage or failures to the Diving Supervisor, Dive Tech Supervisor and when required the Chief Engineer;
- Provide continuous feedback and mentoring to the rigging team;
**Minimum Requirements***
- Valid Offshore Certification - BOSIET/FOET Including CA-EBS, OEUK Medical, MIST, Bi-Deltoid;
- OPITO recognised Stage3/4 Rigging & Lifting Certificate;
- OPITO recognised Stage 3/4 Banksman & Slinging Certificate;
- Extensive experience in a similar role on diving & construction vessels;
- Valid Seaman’s book;

**Extra information**
- Your team: Working as part of the rigging team, you will report to the Diving Supervisor.
- Where you will work: You will work on any one of our vessels in the Fleet, with the flexibility required to provide onshore project or tendering support from time to time.
- Fulltime job: The position of Deck Foreman** **is a permanent role and will be offered on a Guaranteed Days Contract basis.
