**Bank Handyperson | Maintenance | Bank Contract: 0-37.5 hrs | Flexible Working Hours | Norwich | Free Parking | Weekly Pay**

Spire Healthcare Group are looking to bring on a Handyperson to join their established team at the Spire Norwich Hospital site. This is a bank contract which enables you to be flexible with your working hours and availability working between 0-37.5 hours p/week to cover sickness / annual leave or if the hospital needed additional staff in on that day. The purpose of this role is to perform basic maintenance and refurbishment duties throughout the Hospital.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- To undertake minor building repairs and decoration to maintain the fabric of the building in good order.
- Take part in programmed preventative maintenance schedules.
- Any other duties as directed by the Hospital Engineering Manager.

**What we are looking for**:

- Previous experience within a similar setting would be advantageous.
- NVQ/City & Guilds/Apprenticeship qualifications in painting and decorating or carpentry would be desirable.
