Assisting/supporting the Head of Internal Communications to deliver multiple projects and assist in the day-to-day Internal Communications.
Key Accountabilities:

- Assisting and supporting the Head of Internal Communications, a senior Manager in the Corporate Communications Team.
- Assisting multiple communications projects relating to Internal Communications
- Liaising with a broad range of stakeholders/third parties in conjunction with the Head of Corporate Relations, including creative agencies, multiple suppliers, local authorities, local community, enthusiast clubs.
- Dealing with highly confidential and sensitive topics and documents and handling this information appropriately.
- Professionally dealing with incoming enquiries, and filtering these as appropriate.
- Project management / tracking of project status.
- Presentation production, generation of collateral (documents, spreadsheets etc.) and general administration where specific to projects.
- Supporting other Communications management team members where agreed/required.
Skills & Qualifications
- Relevant degree or equivalent qualification.
- Leadership experience.
- Relevant experience in a similar role/environment.
- Project management experience at an administrative level.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good time management and organisational experience with a meticulous eye for detail.
- Ability to multi-task and communicate at all levels.
- Support experience to include excellent computer skills.
- Good project management and administrative skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Highly organised. Computer, tech and social media knowledge/experience.
- Maintain a well-rounded knowledge of the company and issues being dealt with by the Head of Internal Communications
