Property Administrator

Cherry Picked Properties are expanding and looking for a Property Administrator to join our growing business. We are a small to medium sized agent meaning you will be a highly valued and integral part of the Cherry Picked family.

You will enjoy a varied role which will enable you to further develop your knowledge throughout the property industry.

**Duties will include**:

- Registering new applicants and booking appointments
- Liaising and negotiating between landlords and tenants
- Converting leads into viewings and market appraisals
- Working as part of a team to ensure great customer service to both tenants and landlords
- Liaising with contractors on an ongoing basis for new and ongoing works
- Conducting inspections, viewings and inventories during busy periods if required
- General Estate Agent duties

**We'd love to hear from you if you**:

- Have at least 2 years' experience in an Administration (ideally property) role
- Possess strong organizational skills
- Have good knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office
