As a Junior Merchandiser you'll work closely with the buying team to build range plans that deliver a customer-focused, commercial offering that promote great deals for our customers, throughout the year.

**Your Role**

You'll be focused on driving sales and profit, improving offers, stock availability and inventory performance by keeping close to the numbers to drive overall category performance.

As the Junior Merchandiser, you will have the opportunity to work on both the longer term strategy and immediate trading priorities.

Day to day you can expect to be involved in a variety of activities, including planning and forecasting, developing ranges and promotional campaigns and developing the category strategy.

**About You**
- Previous merchandising experience with accountability for your own category
- Experience working alongside buyers to create ranges
- Great attention to detail and an analytical mindset
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Strong skills in Excel
