Backpacker Hostel Receptionist

**Must have 3 years experience working as a receptionist in a hospitality/ accommodation setting**:

- **Cash handling**:

- **The ability to communicate clearly and have experience in writing reports**:

- **Checking hostel guests in and out**:

- **Willing to undertake first aid training**:

- **Reliable punctual and ability to work on their own initiative**:

- **Ensuring that only hostel guests are permitted to the hostel**:

- **Basic IT skills is a must along with a good telephone manner**:

- **Providing a high standard of customer service**:

- **Well groomed and confident**:

- **Keeping the reception area / lobby clean and tidy to include hoovering, mopping of floors and emptying bins**:

- **Shifts available 7.00 am till 3pm, 3pm till 11pm and 11pm till 7am**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24 - 32 per week

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour
