Btec Cookery Tutor

**Main Purpose of the Role**

The main purpose of the BTEC Cookery tutor is to ensure the effective learning of their pupils who are being taught. The BTEC cookery tutor would have control over the weekly food shop in preparation for lessons. They are also required to contribute and be involved in extracurricular activities and the wider life of the school community.

**Person Specification Qualifications**
- A good undergraduate degree (Desirable)
- Full driving license
- Food hygiene certificate level 2 (willing to work towards obtaining it)
- Cookery qualification (desirable)

**Experience**
- Some experience in planning, delivering, monitoring and evaluating cookery lessons
- Experience in working with pupils who have SEMH
- Experience of cooking and preparing meals

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
