Workshop Administrator

This role is great for someone who has previously held a similar position or is keen to transfer their great administration skills into a workshop administration position.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answering phones and direct caller to appropriate individual or takes a thorough message that is passed on immediately
- Calls customers to provide status updates and to arrange drop-off and collection of vehicles
- Ensures smooth drop off/collection of vehicles, making sure all documentation prior to collection is completed (online service record updated, customer information record updated and records payment etc.).
- Diplomatically handle customer complaints and refer them to the appropriate individual/unit for resolution
- Maintain booking scheduling system to record vehicle movements.
- Creates and manage job sheets and invoicing - Orders office supplies / body shop parts
- Responsible for daily filing and online service records are maintained and updated in a timely manner
- Maintain strict confidentiality of customer and company information.
- Other general admin duties as required.

- Service Records - updated
- Body shop estimates where required
- Daily debrief completed

**Reports Directly To**: Workshop Manager
**Hours of work**: Monday to Friday 10.00-15.00
