Shipping Clerk

We are looking for a shipping clerk to join our team based in our Ballynahinch site. This is a fast paced office, supplying a wide variety of customers. You would be a vital part of our team working in a brilliant atmosphere.

Job Duties:

- Providing a first class customer experience to customers through face to face and telephone.
- Respond to the individual needs of each customer, identifying and clearly understanding the requirements of their enquiry.
- Advising customers on the correct information regarding our products.

Ensure information and customer interactions are accurately recorded.
- Scheduling of vehicles and liasing with drivers.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
