We have an exception role for you, in the position of** Collections Officer - Fixed term contact to March 2024**

Our Collections Officers are responsible for the generation of monthly aged debt reports to share with key private Medical Insurers and collecting on aged debt accounts from UK and foreign Private Medical Insurers. As well as foreign Embassies and Self Pay patients.

This role will involve frequent interaction with internal colleagues at all levels, as well as response to patient queries and recording all patient interactions on our systems. Working as part of the wider team, the Collections Officer will identify and escalate any revenue having an adverse effect on collections activity to the Team Leader & Cash and Collections Manger, as appropriate in order to secure a settlement.

**Ideally, we are looking for someone who has;**
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Experience of working within a financial contact centre (not essential)
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Good standard of education
- Excellent IT skills to include MS Excel
- Ability to work to deadlines and within KPI targets
