WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Broadoak School is seeking to appoint a Head of Computer Science and Business to join a very talented and dedicated team of staff, who are determined to provide the best quality support for every pupil, and who are committed to maintaining our high standards.

This is a middle leadership post within the school and as such the post holder will be expected to make significant contributions to whole school planning and issues, provide outstanding and inspirational leadership within the faculty. The post holder will lead a team of teachers and technicians and will report directly to the Deputy Headteacher contributing to the strategic development of the school by implementing whole school new initiatives, monitoring and reporting on key outcomes, to ensure the Department meets academic targets.
