Third in Charge

The UK's leading childcare group seeks a dedicated third in charge with a Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years Education.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create an environment that supports the individual needs of all children
- Maintain systems to monitor, evaluate and improve the quality of our childcare practices.
- Maintain effective methods of communication with children, staff, parents, and carers.
- Maintain open and positive working relationships with staff.
- Ensure that practices and provision in the nursery meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Assist in agreeing and reviewing individual targets with staff.
- Assume playroom and additional management responsibilities when required.
- Keep costs in line with the agreed budgets.

**Qualifications**:

- Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years Education
- Previous experience in a managerial role within a childcare setting
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in childcare
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Pay: Up to £32,960.00 per year
