Yard Assistant

**The Ottershaw Nursery - Yard Assistant**

**We have an exciting opportunity to join the team at our Ottershaw Plant Nursery as a Yard Assistant. This is a temporary role for the summer to help during our busy period between May - September.**

**The role will be full time Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm with the potential opportunity of overtime.**

**Skills/experience needed -**
- Good communication skills
- Great organisational skills
- Experience of working effectively within a team
- Comfortable with regular manual handling

**What does the job role include?**
- Watering plants
- Plant Handling
- Keeping the yard organised and tidy
- General housekeeping of the nursery

The company will provide all in house training including manual handling.

Salary - £11.50 - £12.50 per hour depending on experience

**Must be able to travel to and from Ottershaw (Surrey)**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: £11.50-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
