Verification Officer

**6 x Verification Officers (Trostre Depot Llanelli)**

As part of new Division focussing on housing property-related services, we have launched a comprehensive stock condition survey of our 9,200 homes to support future housing investment strategies. We are seeking 6 additional Verification Officers to join our newly-created Condition & Verification Team. You will survey our housing stock, diagnose building defects, capture and input stock condition and verification data, assess replacement and upgrading timescales, and analyse the information to identify future work programmes.

We are looking for highly motivated individuals with an attention to detail, a strong team ethic, and good interpersonal and communication skills. A good knowledge of Microsoft Office in particular Microsoft excel is required, together with the ability to work in a demanding work environment, multi-task and prioritise individual workloads.

If you have residential property experience, are pro-active and creative, with an ability to work on your own initiative, this role is for you.

You will need a basic knowledge of Welsh. Support can be provided on appointment to reach this level.
