Trinity Academy Grammar are looking for a dynamic and energetic Receptionist to join our busy administrative team. As the face of the Academy, you will be the warm and welcoming first point of contact for our parents, students and visitors and will be confident in your ability to provide excellent customer service.

This role is pivotal to the smooth running of the academy, and would suit someone who has experience of handling high volumes of calls, whether that experience comes from a call centre or a Receptionist role in a different sector.

Who are we looking for?
- Proven experience of providing a high level of customer service.
- Approachable and friendly whilst remaining calm and confident under pressure.
- Strong communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- A resilient team player who can fully own the reception processes whilst enjoying the support of a friendly and dedicated administrative team.
- 4 or more GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent experience) including Maths and English.
