Counter Staff

We are looking for a part time counter staff in our takeaway shop called Rice & Noodles, based in Blackburn Bathgate. Applicants with experience will be given priority, be sure to attach a CV.

Working time: 16:30- 22:30 on Friday, Saturday and Sunday

Time can be flexible On Sunday, if you can't do a full shift, you can work between 16:30 till 20:30 or 17:00 till 21:00 on Sunday. But Friday and Saturday have to be full shift.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or requests with professionalism and problem-solving skills

Essential criteria:

- Must be computer literate, knowing how to use POS ordering software.
- Previous experience is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing procedures

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £70.00 per day

Expected hours: 15 - 18 per week
