Crisis is the national charity for people experiencing homelessness. We know that homelessness is not inevitable. We know that together we can end it.

The Learning Team is made up of experienced professional Tutors who deliver a range of programmes to our Skylight members

**Hours**: 14 hours a week

**Location**: Crisis Skylight Croydon (working from home requirements managed locally and in line with Crisis Hybrid Working Policy)

**About the role**

You will have the opportunity to help us re define and re design the Digital Skills offer in Crisis Skylight Croydon (formally functional skills). You will deliver accredited/non accredited sessions in small groups settings and 1:1’s including promoting digital literacy, inclusion and safety online while always using a person-centred approach.

You will be collaborating with others internally and externally to ensure that the Digital Skills offer is always meeting the needs of our members so making sure that member feedback informs the course delivery and design.

You will be an instrumental part of helping our members develop the confidence, self-esteem and skills to help them end their homelessness and will ensure that you are working within our Crisis Case Management Standards.

**About you**
- Understands the needs, issues and sensitivities of supporting people facing homelessness and other forms of social exclusion and develop practical solutions to address them.
- An understanding of psychologically informed approaches when working with people who have experienced complex trauma from marginalised backgrounds
- Have experience of delivering Digital Skills training and personalised outcomes to support people to confidently use technology.
- Experience of developing digital confidence to positively transform lives by increasing independence and employability.
- Knowledge of a wide variety of technologies to help people learn, progress and improve their wellbeing.
- A teaching qualification or being able to demonstrate delivering in a community-based setting.

You may have experience in Digital Skills, IT Skills, Digital Champion.
