The Party Hosts of CurveMotion have constant interaction with customers at the venue and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operational running of our high-quality party experiences. Full training will be provided.

This role is suited to a person that is well presented, enthusiastic, and is able to provide exceptional customer service. Our Party Hosts report directly to the Duty Manager on shift.

We work hard to look after and support our staff. The duties of a Party Host are varied and will include (but not be limited to) the following:

- Ensuring customers enjoy their experience at CurveMotion in a fun and safe environment and in line with all company rules and processes.
- Ensuring the birthday child and party organiser has a high-quality birthday experience throughout their visit in line with company processes.
- Ensuring everything is ready for the arrival of the party for example; party table, guest lists, party gifts, refreshments, roller skates etc.
- Meeting and greeting the party organiser, birthday child, and all party guests.
- Ensuring the party organiser is kept fully informed on all timings for the duration of the party.
- Ensuring that food is served at the correct time, and that squash is regularly refilled.
- Hosting the birthday cake presentation in conjunction with the party organiser.

In addition to the specific party hosting duties above, party hosts will be required to assist with the following duties:

- Managing the safe entry and exit of customers including party guests to and from the venue.
- Working on the servery or coffee bar providing food and beverages.
- Taking food to customers and clearing tables.
- Working tills and handling cash.
- Monitoring the play frame and slides.
- Completing checklists as required.
- Ensuring customers adhere to all Rules of Entry.
- Cleaning duties as required including clearing and cleaning tables and other areas.

No previous experience is required. However, applicants must have a friendly disposition, be self-motivated, dedicated, well presented and professional at all times. They must display excellent inter-personal and communication skills. The ability to work as part of a team is essential.

The role will demand flexible and varying working hours including evenings, weekends and bank holidays. This position will be offered on a zero hours' contract basis.

Applicants for all roles must be EU citizens or prove eligibility for full time work in the UK.
