**Allstaff Recruitment** are currently seeking a **Part Time Sales Progressor** based in **Bedford **for a reputable Estates Agency.

**Salary**: £15,000 - £20,000 per annum doe
**Location**: Bedford
**Type of Contract**: Permanent, Part-time.
**Hours**: Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9:30am - 5:30pm

As the **Part Time Sales Progressor** your role will involve the following important duties:

- Coordinate the exchange and completion of a number of properties.
- Liaise with buyers, vendors, solicitors and mortgage brokers.
- operating and updating the database.
- Creation and upkeep of Sales Management Spreadsheet.
- Creation and upkeep of the Sales Progression Spreadsheet.

As a successful **Part Time Sales Progressor** you will have the following:

- Excellent customer service and administration skills.
- Ability to quickly build rapport and relationships with clients, the team and solicitors.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Strong IT skills with proficiency in using Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Highly organised.
