Carpenter/general Builder

Duties:

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans
- Use hand and power tools to complete construction projects
- Ensure that all work is completed according to specifications and building codes
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient project completion
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

General works
- Domestic extensions
- From groundworks to final finishes.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a builder or in a similar role
- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting construction plans
- Knowledge of various construction techniques and materials
- Strong skills in First and seconf fix carpentry
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively and safely
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

**Salary**: £150.00-£180.00 per day
