We are looking to recruit an experienced Carpenter/Multi skilled tradesman/women to join our busy local team covering all aspects of property maintenance - immediate start for the right applicant.

Must have basic knowledge of all aspects of property maintenance and willing to use own initiative.

Lone working is required on many of our projects, therefore being able to drive is essential.

A taxed, insured company vehicle will be provided, however you will need to have your own tools.

Clean, tidy and methodical ethos to work and good customer service is also a requirement.

Workwear with company logo also provided.

**Salary**: From £120.00 per day

- Carpentry: 3 years (required)
