**ABOUT THE ROLE**

An exciting opportunity to join our digital design team and work with some of the world’s largest brands. You will follow a creative brief and use high-quality artwork, animations and interactive layouts to develop a broad range of digital and online learning projects.

**Main Duties**

You will work across the entire project life cycle. Starting with the creation of initial design concepts you will then use your design skills to prepare graphical templates using Photoshop and Illustrator. On approval of your designs, you will source images and produce graphical artwork, interactive layouts and visual assets including possible animations to develop the e-learning programmes. As the project progresses you will work with colleagues and the client to modify and develop the solution. You will work with multi-disciplinary teams, collaborating effectively with colleagues in both content and technical development as you produce the e-learning solution.

**WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL?**

**Experiences**
- 3-4+ years of experience working in a digital design agency or e-learning agency
- Experience of developing online content using authoring tools
- Experience of working to challenging deadlines
- Excellent communication with Project Managers and clients about project progress

**Key Skills**
- Creative design flare and experience in UI and UX design
- Experienced in using Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Ability to deliver high-quality visuals using a broad range of techniques including image manipulation, illustration animation and typography.
- Keen eye for quality and exceptional attention to detail
- Knowledge of e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline is advantageous
- Use of HTML and javascript to manipulate the output

**Qualifications**
- A higher level degree or equivalent in a graphic design or digital design related degree.
