Supporting the current design team in projects, customer facing meetings as well as the running of the showroom

**Summary of Role**

Arcadia Home & Living is an independent interior design company based in Fakenham, specialising in high end luxury German and bespoke kitchens and bathrooms. We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Design Graduate to join our in-house design team to deliver creative and innovative interiors.

**Job Accountabilities**
- Producing new or amended layouts using Innoplus and Winner.
- Answering the telephone, dealing with internal and external customers.
- Liaising with other members of the team, including the designer and manager.
- Learning products on display and keeping up to date with the latest trends.
- Monitoring the showroom whilst designers attend site visits.
- Sales Targets
- Building relationships with internal partners and team members
- You may be required at time to visit site to conduct assessments of work carried out
- The up keep of the show room
- Input on the marketing and digital strategy
- Greeting customers in the show room and delivering a memorable experience for the client
- Involvement in social media content and posting
- Photography of finished projects to build portfolio for G&M and Arcadia
- Assisting the hosting of client and industry showroom and external events
- Working on the next phase of architects drawings

**Education / Training / Qualifications**
- Basic reading and writing as well as good computer skills
- Design related qualifications

**Knowledge**
- CAD Software and preferably Adobe Photoshop

**Experience**
- Degree in Design

- Friendly and helpful. Hard working and willing to go the extra mile when needed.
- A good communicator and someone who will challenge back and question if something doesn’t look right.
