Working within the FNZ Investment Operations Function as a Mailroom officer, you will be office based 5 days per week and will be responsible for the scanning, indexing and the daily management of all incoming and outgoing mail. We service thousands of customers and must ensure we maintain exceptional external and internal multi-client relationships. You may have the chance to work within different teams, once competency has been gained this will help you to develop and gain all the skills and knowledge you need to progress in your career.

The Mailroom Officer is responsible for regulated printing processes, cheque banking and providing incoming documents to multiple teams for onward processing via scanned images on the system.

Specific Role Responsibilities:
Fast paced environment, high volumes with a very supportive team.

Sort & scan all incoming mail ensuring this is directed to the correct department(s)

Complete printing for a variety of FNZ teams

Arrange courier collections

Deal with audit requests

Mailbox processing

Deal with cheque payments (depositing into branch complying with CASS rules)

Raising issue logs to multiple departments/teams

Raise and manage risk events

Deal with recorded mail items and complete daily attestations confirming workload is complete.

Experience required:
Primary requirements- Ability to work in fast paced and ever-changing environment.- Positive Team player.- Must be able to successfully multi-task and prioritise workloads.- Proficient using Microsoft software (excel, word etc).

Secondary requirements- Financial services background/understanding would be desirable.
