**Due to the retirement of the current postholder, Ryde House Group is seeking a highly organised, efficient and proactive Personal Assistant to support our CEO. **To be successful in this hugely rewarding role, you will...**
- Be a welcoming first point of contact, often controlling access to the CEO._
- Demonstrate a natural ability to build and maintain good relationships with diverse stakeholders._
- Manage diaries, arrange appointments and identify priority tasks plus supporting information._
- Organise all aspects of meetings, conferences & events, and support projects both internally and externally._
- Produce minutes of high-level meetings, assign, carry forwardm and follow up on actions as appropriate._
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability._
- Proactively engage with key staff to ensure CEO is aware of important information._
- Demonstrate utmost discretion and confidentiality, strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence._

**To excel in this role, you will have experience working as a PA (or similar).**

You will be able to manage your time effectively, manage multiple tasks simultaneously and produce work of an excellent standard within set deadlines. You will be proficient with computers and computer software (including Microsoft 'Word', 'Outlook' and 'Excel'). You will be self-motivated and work autonomously to prioritise your own workload as well as identifying and prioritising tasks for the CEO. You will work closely with the wider management team, have an aptitude of great empathy, using your interpersonall skills to support individuals' emotional needs, and will need to demonstrate discretion and tact every day.
