To assist the Accounting Manager in routine accounting operations to ensure delivery of quality accounting services in accordance with the Department’s requirements.

**Tasks and Duties**.
- Book vendor invoices
- Match amounts in proprietary A/P system to vendor invoices
- Prepare and issue schedules of payments
- Update vendor statements
- Reconcile and resolve problem invoices
- Build key relationships with vendors in order to quickly resolve invoice issues
- File invoices, statements and any accounting related documents when necessary
- Support Accounting Department with miscellaneous projects and assignments
- Ensure communication with local branches
- Manages functions like maintaining the general ledger, accounts payable, ad hoc accounting projects
- Ensures that systems, policies, and procedures adhere to company policies while functioning with accuracy and timeliness
- Timely and accurate communication

**Qualifications**
- Minimum two years of relevant experience in Public Accounting and/or industry desired but not essential

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills
