**The Product Architect is responsible for 5 main areas, with an experienced team in support**:

- Technology structure
- Servicing and user engagement
- UX: user stories and user journey mapping

- Performance monitoring and reporting
- **Technology Structure**:

- Delivering an excellent Digital and Human Touch technology experience
- Managing the E2E technology architecture and domains
- Managing a Multi-party team
- Managing technology providers and constantly pursuing next BIC providers
- Managing the technology and operating budget
- Delivering effective UAT and deployments
- Delivering technology governance
- Managing an effective Change Control process
- Acting as the lead for Salesforce Platform being use to build the product
- **Servicing and User Engagement**:

- Delivering an excellent Digital and Human Touch experience
- Responsible for distinct servicing eco-system to be built on Salesforce platform
- Operating and effective Live-chat system
- Ensuring effective engagement with broader servicing functions
- VOC dissemination to Content and Commercial teams
- Establishing, monitoring, and tracking user engagement stats
- **UX**:

- Management and mapping of user stories
- Driving best in class customer experience journeys
- Process mapping all changes and change control
- Change Control process management
- Tracking User activity
- Data domain management
- KDE management and dissemination to customer for other use cases (commercialisation, KYC, Fin Crime, and so on)
- **UI**:

- Best in class Look & Feel
- Digital design excellent
- Brand management and liaison with customer
- **Reporting**:

- Working Content and Commercialisation leads to establish target metrics.
- Managing an on-going digital reporting system for performance metrics targets vs actual
- Managing an on-going dashboard management system for overall Application performance (on an Enterprise Risk approach)
- Working with Salesforce on a continual improvement process
- Managing a performance cadence and steering process across team and Key stakeholders

**Mandatory requirements**:

- Proven experience leading a digital platform service.
- Experience working with Salesforce, as (or on behalf of) a Salesforce Product Architect
- Experience leading a multidisciplinary team.
- Leadership role and proven experience as a C-suite influencer
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Change management experience.
- Qualification in transformation: Six Sigma, Agile, Prince2

**Nice to have - not essential.**
- Banking management role
- Experience working on a bank corporate start up initiative or financial services FinTech.
- Experience working with a bank.
