**We’re looking for CNC Machinists to join our team within Score Group based at our facility in Peterhead.**

**You and the role**

This is a great opportunity for someone who has experience working in a machine shop environment with previous experience in CNC Machines or who wants to further develop their skills as a CNC Machinist. If you can read and understand technical drawings and have a working knowledge this would be highly advantageous

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Responsible for machining of components on a range of CNC Machinery
- Will select and modify programs from a database and will also write programs when required
- Ensure QA Cards and associated paperwork is completed correctly
- Report any plant or equipment damage to supervisor
- Advise supervisor of any damaged tooling or tooling required
- Ensure that correct programs and tooling are selected
- Reporting any drawing discrepancies to Supervisor

**Qualifications**
- Mechanical Apprenticeship (or equivalent)
- Mechanical SVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)

**Experience**
- Be fully competent to carry out Machine Shop tasks
- Previous experience in machining (exception made for trainee role)
- Understanding of technical drawings - advantageous
