Factory Supervisor

**About Us**:
CFN Packaging Group Ltd are looking for a Factory Supervisor to join our expanding team here on site in Skegness. CFN have invested heavily in new machinery and to support our expanding business we require a Factory Supervisor.

CFN manufacture and supply flexible packaging to all the UK Supermarkets.

The successful applicant should have previous experience in a comparable role or for the right individual full training will be given.

**Your responsibilities as a Factory Supervisor**:
Helping out with the day-to-day management on the shop floor

Specifically ensure compliance by all staff to the following legislation or standards - Health & Safety Executive, British Retail Consortium, Environmental Health and any other bodies including customers which is deemed relevant

Ensuring protocols are adhered to in respect of factory cleanliness, new employee inductions, uniforms, safe systems of work etc

**Hours and Salary**

The hours of work are 6.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday and weekend work may occasionally be required.

CFN will offer a competitive salary to the right individual.

**Salary**: £34,125 to £37,000 per year

Pay: £34,125.00-£37,000.00 per year
