I am looking for a Voids Supervisor to work for a large Housing Association in Coventry. The Voids Supervisor will be responsible for the management of the voids team and carrying out pre and post inspections. This role offers a hybrid working approach,split between home, office and site.
**Voids Supervisor responsibilities**:

- Manage the delivery of void projects across social housing properties
- Direct line management of trade operatives
- Assist the maintenance operations manager in the effective management of all maintenance operations
- Carry out pre and post inspections through to handover of properties

**Voids Supervisor experience**:

- Working within or with social housing providers
- Working in a management team
- Good knowledge of health and safety legislations
