Due to unprecedented growth, we have an exciting opportunity to join our expanding business in the role of a highly skilled MIG Welder working on a busy production line.

Our Brandesburton location provides easy access for individuals who live in and around Beverley, Hull, Driffield, Hornsea, Bridlington and the surrounding areas.

**What will you do?**
- Work within a fast pace production plant, as a Welder you will perform a key role on the production line
- Set up appropriate sized Jigs
- Manoeuvre heavy steel materials into position, using equipment; cranes, hoists, pallet trucks etc
- Weld as required based on engineering drawings, welding timespan vary depending on requirement and components
- Inspect and measure finished products, ensuing highest quality product
- Check and maintain welding equipment daily to ensure functionality and safety
- Follow all necessary Health & Safety requirements
- Utilise SAP
- Manage a heavy workload
- Previous experience in Welding/Fabrication
- Ideally you will have a recognised qualification in Welding/Fabrication
- Previous experience working with Galvanised Steel
- Be able to produce work to precise tolerances
- Experience of working within a busy production line
- The ability to read engineering drawings
- A keen eye for detail to carry out inspection checks on finished product
- Ideally you will have previous experience using shop floor data capture systems such as SAP (not essential as training can be provided)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work in conjunction with the rest of the team
- The ability to work under pressure, ensuring key targets are met
- Flexible to be able to work in other areas if/when needed, but also to support colleagues during busy periods by working additional hours

**We are offering**:

- Competitive basic salary starting of £27,310 - £29,495 per annum (including shift premium) depending on experience
- Workings hours: 3.15pm - 12.30am Mondays to Thursdays
- Overtime at the rate of time and a half
