**ABOUT THE ROLE**
The role involves working closely with internal teams, understanding training needs, and creating engaging materials to address them. As a Content Writer in the Online Learning Team, you will play a crucial role in crafting engaging content for various digital resources, including eLearning modules, guides, video scripts, and much more.
**This is exclusively an on-site, full-time position. It is essential that you can consistently commute to our head office in Barton-Upon-Humber from Monday to Friday.**
**Main Responsibilities**
- Research and understand the key messages, then create engaging training content that effectively delivers these messages to the target audience.
- Transform ideas into compelling training copy, from concept through to the final product.
- Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders and internal experts.
- Collaborate with other creatives to foster idea generation.
- Review and edit content for clarity, grammar, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Working independently or in a team, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

**ABOUT YOU**
- Minimum of 1 years’ content writing experience (in-house, agency, or freelance)
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in English, Journalism, or a communication related discipline
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficient at working to tight deadlines and balancing multiple ongoing projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail
**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time
**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Quarterly bonus
