Sop Champion

This is a newly created role to support our production efficiency, quality output and performance of our manufacturing processed. The training coordinator will be involved with creating and updating all standard operating procedures, by writing step-by-step instructions and training our teams on all SOPs.

Duties include
- Familiarise and understand the manufacturing process, look for ways to drive efficiency and productivity through standard operating processes
- Create and update all standard operating procedures across our manufacturing sites
- Create easy to understand communication
- Train teams and support production managers with training of all standard operating procedures
- Maintain SOP database and training records
- Work closely with HR, Health & Safety, Production and other departments
- Experience gained from a food manufacturing background
- English speaking, fluent verbal and written communication
- Good IT skills and ability to pick up new systems easily
- Attention to detail
- Passionate process and continuous improvement

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
