**Your new company**
Hays are working with a well established, leading production business to support a period of transition and as such are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to assist initially for 6-8 weeks.
**Your new role**
The main purpose of the role will be to support the Finance Manager and Group FC in managing and updating the current sales ledger. Specifically you will be required to:

- Create new customer accounts
- Set credit limits for new customers and review existing customer limits
- Help clear a backlog of aged debt and unallocated cash
- Support with new process and control implementation
- Help support the automation of various processes
- Invoice query resolution
- Account reconciliations

This is a full time role working 37.5 hours a week between Monday and Friday. Due to the short timescale of this role, you will initially be required to work in the office.

**What you'll need to succeed**
You will have previous similar experience in a B2B Credit Control position and be comfortable operating in an environment with change being undertaken. You must be available immediately or on short notice and be happy committing to a minimum of 6 weeks. Youmust have access to a vehicle due to the location of the business.
Prior knowledge of setting up business processes and using PowerBI would be advantageous but not essential
