We are looking to recruit two individuals to join AWE's Security team as Security Access Advisors to drive forward the work of the AWE security access team.

Key Accountabilities:

- Support the respective Security Manager in maintaining security in an effective and efficient manner.
- Maintain and promote high personal standards in environment, safety, health, security, and quality, and be a great team player.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engaging with stakeholders, and the provision of proportionate and relevant advice and support
- Ensuring compliance with onboarding of AWE pass holders
- Contribute to the ongoing review of existing security processes to make sure they are both proportionate and relevant to the threat.
- Measure the performance and effectiveness of security and advise the Security Manager if corrective action and improvements are needed.
- Maintaining security department records and look for efficiencies and improvements in ways of working
- The Company may require you to fulfil any other reasonable duties aligned to your position from time to time in line with business needs.

To be considered for this role you will need to have:

- Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to act as a team player, and communicate well with staff, contractors, and trusted partners
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Possess an enthusiasm to learn and develop security understanding
