**P6 / Primavera Administrator**

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Nuclear Generation work portfolio based at our Gloucester Office as a P6 Administrator.

You’ll be responsible for supporting and maintaining our planning system (Primavera) in EDF Energy Nuclear Generation. The Primavera administrator will also be responsible for helping to shape and define the system architecture and supporting tools, processes, procedures and systems within EDF.

**What you’ll be doing**

As a P6 Administrator your responsibilities will include:

- General administration and support to users, within specified Service Level Agreements.
- New user / licence administration, including procuring licences, new starters & leavers.
- Maintain / Support database environments & Infrastructure.
- Maintain a broad library of Primavera training material and supply documentation/training database environments as requested.
- Monitor performance issues and take appropriate steps to ensure system availability is in line with Service Level Agreements and user expectations.
- Roll-out service packs and upgrades as appropriate, taking into consideration any local software that may require testing to ensure compatibility.
- Adhere to any change control processes regarding schedules, baselines and milestones. Ensure Planners are following EDF Energy Nuclear Generation policies and standards by supplying audit reports to the relevant CTO Programme Office Group Heads.
- Contribute to Lessons Learnt process throughout the Project lifecycle.

**Who you are**

Our P6 Administrator will have experience with Primavera experience and have previously used other planning tools / platforms. You will also have experience of system and database administration, with previous experience of stakeholder management.

You’ll ideally come from a project or financial background, and have a strong awareness of the level of interview required with a project team to support the successful delivery of projects.

You’ll be a natural relationship builder with stakeholders both internally and externally and able to deliver against stakeholder expectations.
