Are you looking for an exciting challenge within a small but yet ambitious team?

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator. We are a small HR consultancy focusing on providing support to small/medium enterprises who do not have internal HR support or need additional HR for their teams - we want to make HR management easy for businesses and take away their pain.

**Position**:
You will play a vital role in supporting our clients by providing day to day transactional HR administration and first line support and advice to our clients, maintaining accurate HR Information System (HRIS) as well as providing support to the team.
- We deliver proactive, timely, accurate and effective administrative and secretarial support that helps our clients achieve its’ organisational objectives;
- You will handle details of a highly confidential and critical nature, and must function efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced professional environment;
- Develop HR related documentation, such as job offer letters, contracts of employment, reference requests, administering the probationary review time periods, staff leaving administration, as well as drafting and preparing of general documentation, including confidential material;

**Requirements**:
Ideally, you will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience, be confident on the phone, ability to work to tight deadlines with good Microsoft Office, IT knowledge and strong multi-tasking skills. Ability to work within a small but friendly team and muck in.
