Our Client, a well-established multi-channel retailer offers its customers a wide range of quality lifestyle, fashion and homeware products now has an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Buyer to join their team.

**Duties & Responsibilities include**:

- Processing GIN- input of warehouse deliveries into the system.
- Checking and passing all invoices for payment
- Computer set-up - entering the data into the management system.
- Sample product management
- organising and arranging supplier samples.
- Line detail - helping to produce excel product details
- Statistical production - catalogue mark -up and compiling basic sale statistics
- PowerPoint presentations - creating simple dummy catalogues for guidance
- Studio Liaison - working with photographic studios to ensure the right image
- Quality Control/Packaging
- checking sample quality and packaging for deliveries
- Artwork - checking catalogue artwork
- Liaison with Supplier - chasing samples, checking prices, customer questions
- Internal Liaison - getting warehouse samples, customer queries, management enquiries
- Data Collation - specific details pertaining to creation of the styles on the management system
- Stock Sheet Set Up - data accumulation and organisation onto excel spreadsheets
