Purpose of Role:
_ _Part of the global IS&T Core Services organisation, this role will report into the Collaboration and EUC Team Lead and have responsibility for the service management and technical delivery of work primarily within M365 and supporting technologies. This this is a technical hands-on role. The individual will need to confidently administer services and have excellent troubleshooting skills for any issues raised on the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Focus Area: Understand customer requirements from a technical and business perspectives.
- Focus Area: Write implementation steps which will be used by the operation team.
- Focus Area: Provide project management/coordination for major solutions.
- Focus Area: Administer services to Weir relating to:

- Microsoft 365 (Exchange online, Teams,)
- SME for supporting technologies such as Mimecase and Quest Active Roles
- Azure (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, networking)
- Azure AD: AAD Connect, PTA, PHS, MFA, Graph API
- EMS - Intune for MDM, MAM and client management
- Voice and Video administration (MS Teams Phone, Ring Central)
- Identity and Access Management - ADFS for authentication, Azure Conditional Access, SAML, MFA,
- Information Protection - Azure, Azure AD Connect and Premium, Azure Information Protection/RMS, Domain Services, PKI and Certificate Services
- Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

- Proven, recent experience in a senior systems administrator.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large/multi-stakeholder initiatives and change in an organization.
- Experience designing, developing, and implementing high quality, scalable, and extensible M365 solutions.
