**About the Role**

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Exceed guests and members expectations through excellent and engaging service.
- Anticipate guest needs.
- Engage with golfers, locals, guests, and co-workers providing everyone with the same exceptional service.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Follow good hygiene habits and report to work in correct and clean uniform.
- Gain knowledge of all styles and sequences of service, become familiar with food and beverage areas within the Old Course Hotel, Golf Resort and Spa.
- Work closely with the Jigger Inn team gaining as much experience through training and development.
- Familiarize yourself with the composition of all dishes on the menu and be able to advise guests on a selection of food and beverage.
- Always adhere to weekly rota, be efficient, courteous with a helpful attitude at all times towards guests and fellow associates.
- Be familiar with all hotel facilities and their hours of operation.
- Be conversant with the hotel’s health and safety procedures, accident reporting, first aid arrangements, how to report unsafe conditions, licensing laws, fire equipment, evacuation procedures and protective clothing.

**Experience/ Education**
- Previous experience in hospitality within Food and Beverage
- Personal License Holder

**About You**

You will be an enthusiastic, well presented, friendly and confident individual who has excellent interpersonal and organisational skills with a flexible approach. You will enjoy working as part of a team but can also work independently. Ideally, you will have previous service experience within hospitality though not essential and have a full clean Driving License.

**Salary**

This is a seasonal contract to support during high season. A flexible shift pattern is offered with a competitive hourly rate up to £11.77, depending on experience along with a range of benefits. This role includes weekend working, early mornings, and evenings.On November 6, Kohler Co. announced the strategic decision to establish Kohler Energy as a separate, independent business with Platinum Equity as the majority investment partner.
