Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to lawyers and legal professionals
- Prepare legal documents, such as contracts, briefs, and pleadings
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation
- Organize and maintain legal files and documents
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and court hearings
- Assist with client intake and communication
- Manage correspondence and communication with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Coordinate and manage deadlines and court filings
- Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and witness lists

**Skills**:

- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Ability to analyze legal documents and research findings
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Strong customer service skills to interact professionally with clients and stakeholders
- Proficient in using legal software and research tools

**Salary**: From £17,500.00 per year

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Handsworth: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- Legal Secretary: 1 year (preferred)
