Our Direct Payments Advisors offer a valuable service to clients who have been referred for direct payments.

We are seeking a well organised and empathetic professional to join our team of Advisors. This post requires someone that is comfortable working with a range of IT software and systems and would ideally also have experience of working in Social Care or another health-related sector.

**What is a Direct Payment?**

Direct Payments allow people to receive cash payments from their local authority instead of community care services. This offers clients much more flexibility and a greater control of their own support package. Sefton Carers Centre works in partnership with Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council to provide this invaluable service to clients across the borough.
